I’m Tara, and my passion lies in the healing power of yoga and wellbeing. With over 30 years in the field, I’ve had the chance to explore, innovate, and share the incredible benefits of yoga with hundreds of people. My journey started with a curiosity and has since evolved into a lifelong commitment to living and teaching the principles of balance and wellness.
Through the years, I’ve run a variety of wellbeing businesses. From owning a personal training gym to managing an online yoga boutique, I’ve gathered experience and insights that have shaped my approach to wellness. My work is not just about exercise; it’s about fostering a lifestyle that harmonises mind, body, and spirit.
Having experienced city life’s hustle and bustle, I understand the necessity of carving out moments for oneself. This understanding became even more significant when my husband and I decided to trade our city jobs for a life of travel. We sought to embrace the philosophy of ‘walking the walk’ in the most literal sense by discovering new cultures and practices, which has been nothing short of bliss.
Now, my aim is to share what I’ve learned, from the intricacies of the best yoga mats to the joy of unique wellness retreats. I believe these are the precious gems that enhance one’s journey to health and happiness.
