  1. Whether it be Yoga, meditation or Pilates, I firmly believe everyone should be participating in at least one of these practises each week, especially as we get older. Not only do they help you to relax and destress, but also to stay supple and strong into old age.

    Finding time is tricky, but you need to be strict with yourself and schedule time into each week on your calendar that you devote to these practises. If you don’t do this and stick to the plan, you will never get going.
